Deposit and cancellation policy
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please read this policy before you book.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
72-hour rule
Reschedule at least 72 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit.
40 minutes late
Arriving more than 40 minutes late counts as a no-show.
Rescheduling
If you contact me at least 72 hours before your appointment, I can usually accommodate up to 2 reschedule requests. A third request is at my discretion and may need a new deposit.
If you ask to reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, the deposit is lost and a new deposit is needed to book again.
If you ask to reschedule but don’t commit to a new date in good time, it counts as a cancellation.
Prices may change after several reschedules or more than a year after the original date.
When the deposit is lost
If you cancel your appointment at any time.
If you don’t show up, or arrive more than 40 minutes late.
If you later want something very different from the idea agreed at booking, unless I agree to the new project.

If you are ill before your appointment, contact me right away to discuss rescheduling. Please don’t wait until the day of your session.
