Hey, guys, guess what? My tattoo was featured on Pony Lawson's YouTube channel! For those of you who don't know, Pony is a pretty big deal in the tattoo world. He is an extremely talented artist, renowned for his intricate and detailed work. He also has a YouTube channel where he critiques the work of other artists and I was lucky enough to have him review one of my tattoos.
I submitted my design for his 'Tattoo Critiques' series and when he saw it, he said it was the best tattoo of the week! I was blown away. It's great that someone as respected in the industry as Pony Lawson recognised my work and gave me such a huge amount of respect.
I think he appreciated my tattoo the most because of the detail and skill that went into it. There are so many things to consider when designing a tattoo - the client's vision, the location on the body, the type of ink and equipment used, etc. It's not an easy process, but when it works, it can be truly magical.
I am really proud of the work I did on this tattoo and I am grateful to Pony for taking the time to review it and give me some comments. As an aspiring tattoo artist myself, it is inspiring to see someone like him pushing the boundaries of what is possible in this art.
