DEPOSIT POLICY

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE

  • If you cancel your appointment at any time, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • If you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • If you do not arrive within 40 minutes of your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.

  • If you ask to reschedule less than 72 hours prior to your appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

  • If you ask to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your appointment but then fail to commit to another date in a timely manner, this will be considered a cancellation.

  • If you book a project and then later decide that you would like something very different than what the artist agreed to at the time of booking, you will forfeit your deposit unless the artist agrees to the new project.

  • If we are contacted at least 72 hours prior to the appointment time, we will typically accommodate up to 2 reschedule requests; third and subsequent requests to reschedule the project will be considered solely at the discretion of the artist and may require a new deposit.

  • Rates may be subject to change upon rescheduling multiple times or beyond a year from the original date. We respect and value your time and we ask that you do the same for ours.

  • COVID 19 update: If you have an upcoming appointment but you are ill or have tested positive for COVID 19, please contact us immediately to discuss rescheduling options. If there is any indication that you may need to reschedule in the days leading up to your appointment, please contact us right away - do not wait until the day of your appointment. Thank you!
